#3 Lift Shaft Base
#2 Warehouse Partition Wall
The Probuild team were contracted in to create a solid foundation base for a mezzanine floor lift shaft.

The base comprised of a damp proofing membrane over a layer of compacted hardcore, reinforcement pegs drilled and resin bonded into the surrounding concrete with reinforcement mesh set into the new concrete to ensure a substantial construction.

Forty two metres long and four metres high.
This 140mm hollow block concrete wall was assembled between steel columns to create a sturdy partition in a large warehouse building at Hawthorn in Old Dalby, Leicestershire.

Supplying and erecting our own modular scaffolding system enabled us to carry out the project safely and efficiently, thus delivering a high quality product whilst keeping to work schedules and meeting targets.

#1 Hire Office Renovation
Completed, ready for office furniture
The original Hire office at Hawthorn in Old Dalby, was cold, dark, damp, susceptible to flooding during the winter months, too small, lacked enough power and data points, and generally needed a refreshing make over.
​
The Probuild team had the pleasure of carrying out this full renovation project, from start to finish over a period of approximately six weeks.
